Common Examination for Salesperson (CES)

OrangeTee is an appointed Training Centre for CES by Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies (SAEA). With effect from 11 April 2008, all practising associates may wish to get accredited as either an Estate Agent or Salesperson. A SAEA accredited Estate Agent is required to pass the CEHA qualify for the house agent licence issued by the IRAS. A SAEA accredited Salesperson is required to pass CES.

CES comprises two papers of two hours each. The first paper will deal with the institutional and legal framework for conducting agency business. The second paper deals with the selling and the functions of a salesperson.
