Deposit Guarantee Plan
The OrangeTee Deposit Guarantee Plan guarantees to pay the Buyer the sum paid by the Buyer to the Seller (as a deposit for the purchase of a property) in the event that the Seller becomes a bankrupt and is unable to refund the deposit. This Plan is available to HDB buyer and is subject to terms & conditions.
