OrangeTee has a total strength of 48 full-time salaried employees and over 900 associate agents.

How many agents do you have dedicated to supporting corporate clients?
OrangeTee's Corporate Residential Services (CRS) has a team of 24 highly experienced property leasing agents, 2 business development managers, and 3 full-time co-ordinators.

What is the average tenure of agents and employees dedicated to supporting the corporate client?
The average tenure of the agents is 3.5 years each.

What is your organisational structure in supporting large volume accounts?
We have teams appointed to various accounts led by an Account Director, Account Managers and a Customer Services Officer. Large volume accounts are monitored by our highly sophisticated IT tracking system.

What kind of training is provided to your employees and agents? How do you ensure that your employees and agents are up-to-date with the most recent real estate laws/legislative changes, trends, etc?
Our training and development comprises of four different programmes: IT Training, Basic Real Estate Training, Advanced Sales and Marketing Training and Project Marketing Training. We also offer other continuous professional development talks and seminars. In all, each agent is required to go through approximately 60 hours of training to ensure our employees and agents are up to date with most recent real estate laws/legislative changes.OrangeTee further conducts frequent talks by professional lawyers and bankers that are well versed in the property market sectors.
