| PURPOSE OF BUILDING PROJECT AND RESTRICTION AS TO USE |

a) The building project is strictly for residential occupation only.
b) The management room is not provided.
c) Security Guard Post is not provided.
d) No openings are allowed along common party walls except as approved in the Planning Permission.
e) No access to R.C. flat roof except for maintenance only.
f) The proposed car porch(es)/garage(s) at basement, which has been/have been excluded from computation of the total gross floor area of the proposed development, shall at all times be used solely for car parking only and no other purposes (including carrying out car repair works etc) unless with the prior written approval of the Competent Authority.
g) The open roof gardens are not to be enclosed or roofed over.
h) No structures or other uses are allowed on the rooftop unless otherwise approved by the Competent Authority.
i) The 2m tree planting strips shall remain as part of the communal open space and cannot be fenced up and/or included in the strata boundaries.
