    (NOTE: Marble and granite are natural stone materials containing veins with tonality differences.     Granite tiles are pre-polished before laying aIld care has been taken for their installation.

    However, granite cannot be re-polished after installation being a much harder material than marble, hence some differences can be felt at the joint.)

    (Note: Multi-split unit air-conditioning system has to be maintained and cleaned on a regular basis by the Purchasers. This includes the cleaning of filters and clearing the condensate pipes to ensure good working condition of the said system.)
  5. * Audio Intercom
    The audio intercom system is based on a system using the Purchasers' personal telephone (i.e. installation & subscription to be borne by Purchasers) in the apartment unit and linked to a central console located at the Guardhouse. The Purchasers' telephone line will operate as a normal telephone line in addition to an intercom line.
  6. *Water Heater
    Hot water supply to Bathrooms (except w.c.) and kitchen from gas water heater provided by PowerGas Ltd.
  7. Cablevision
    Television cable provision shall be provided in accordance with the technical specification for cable-ready buildings of the Singapore Broadcasting Authority (SBA).

    (Note: Purchasers are liable to pay annual fee, subscription fee and such other fees to the Singapore Cablevision Pte Ltd (SCV) and/or any other relevant authorities. The Developer is not responsible to make arrangements with SCV for the service connection to the housing project nor to the individual apartments.)
